Where are you located?

We are located in sunny Gilbert Arizona. We are currently a web only store.

What percentage is the wool in the wool blend felt? 

The blends vary from 15% to 30% wool depending on color. The remainder is rayon which holds the color and makes the felt sturdy and durable while remaining pliable. 

Do you have a color card?

I am sorry we do not have a color card at this time. 

Do you sell wholesale? 

Yes we do! Please contact Customerservice@feltandcraft.com for wholesale info. We don't have any requirements for buying wholesale.

There have been some reported issues with the Safari browser if you try another browser like internet explorer or firefox. If this doesn't work please contact us at customerservice@feltandcraft.com and we would be happy to help you out. 

Where is my order?

If you checkout with an email address you will receive an update when your order ships. If you set up an account with our site you can log in and check the status of your order.

Do you accept returns? 

Please contact us with any issues with your order. Due to the nature of the products returns have to be inspected upon return so a 20% restocking fee will be charged as well as any return shipping fees.
